Refunds
OneCard Office processes student refunds upon request. Please submit the OneCard Refund Request Form to the OneCard staff at SSB 103. For applicable fees see below.
Lost or Stolen Card
You may report a lost or stolen card anytime online, in person at the OneCard Office, or call 415-338-3619 during office hours, to deactivate your card and limit your liability. Please submit a Replacemt Request Form to the OneCard staff at SSB 103. Replacement cards are subject to an Administration Fee plus a Card Fee. For applicable fees see below.
Card Replacement
If your SFSU OneCard becomes damaged or is rejected by the readers it should be brought to the SFSU OneCard Office for replacement. To replace your OneCard, please fill out the Replacement Request Form, and bring it with to the OneCard Office. All replacement cards are issued at the SFSU OneCard Office and are subject to an Administration Fee plus a Card Fee. For applicable fees see below.
